Every request is reviewed individually: the available rights depend on the track and project parameters.
Approval
A licence is issued only after the composition, master and project parameters have been reviewed. This page is informational and does not constitute a public offer.
Licensed material
The agreement identifies the musical work, lyrics where applicable, and the specific recording or master version separately.
Territory, term & media
The agreement defines territory, term, media and permitted uses across film, television, VOD, streaming, web, social, advertising, games, dance tours, stage shows, promos and trailers only as agreed.
Edits
Duration edits, fades, loops, dialogue overlays, instrumentals, stems and other changes are permitted only within the agreed scope.
Fee & exclusivity
Fees, payment, and exclusive or non-exclusive use are agreed individually for the selected track and project.
Credits & delivery
Credit language, available audio files and delivery are confirmed during clearance.
