About the artist
VAYLE NOIR works with a contemporary house and dance sound. A firm electronic pulse, layered synthesisers and a dramatic vocal create music for night-time movement while keeping the protagonist’s personal story in focus.
English supports the project’s international tone and fits naturally into the rhythmic structure of the songs. The visual identity draws on American fashion and black-and-white photography of the 1930s: poised silhouettes, directed light, fabric texture and restrained expression.
